Independent apartment (85 m2) in the town of Praiano (food shops), one of the most renowned towns of the Amalfi Coast. Panoramic view of the coastline and the sea. Access to the apartment from a 40-m staircase that leads directly to the apartment from the street. Pay parking space available 50 m away to be requested at the time of booking.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living room (TV), kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine). Large, panoramic and equipped terrace (45 m2) that is partly shaded and which faces the bedrooms and the dining room. Outdoor shower. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating.
LOCATION: 6 km from Positano (all kinds of shops), 8 km Amalfi, 35 km Salerno, 50 km Naples. From the town of Praiano you can walk down to sea (equipped platform and very small beaches), which is 1 km away, by taking characteristic pathways with intervals of stairs. By car you can reach a small equipped beach 2 km away.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
