Praiano Accommodations

Between June 16 and September 29 Guests may only arrive on: Sunday and Saturday.

In high season, minimum stay is seven nights and should start on Saturday (during this period you can start your stay also on Sunday or Monday but you'll be requested to pay the entire week and leave on Saturday morning). In off season minimum stay is 5 nights. For a short stay the period must be between two saturdays. So for instance if you rent the villa or apartment for 6 nights, the stay can start only on Saturday or Sunday.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.

The best part of the apartment is without doubt, the magnificent terrace. It is equipped with sun beds, a table to dine outside, rolling chairs for two and a stunning view on the coast, on Positano and Capri.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The apartment is a five minute walk through a ramp of stairs to the center of town where you can buy food, or you can use the bus that loops the town of Positano and Praiano during spring and summer that takes you to the beaches and the town center.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. Beach Equipment: Canoe and Row Boat.
• Nearby Attractions: Nearby Attractions: Emerald Grotto in Conca dei Marini at 5 kms. Pompei and Ercolano ruins at 1 hour drive. Positano at 30 minutes. Amalfi with its Duomo and the paper mills. Ravello and the breathtaking views from the Villas Cimbrone and Rufolo is minutes away. Capri at 1 by ferry departing from the harbour of Amalfi or the nearer Positano: to visit there the Mount Solaro and the Blu Grotto. Sorrento at 25 kms. The Greek temples of Paestum are a 2 hour drive. Caserta Royal Palace (little Versailles) are a 2 hour drive. The magnificent town of Naples at 1hour and 30 minutes by car or 2 hour by public transportations bus+train. The Vesuvio, the only active volcano in Europe mainland are a 1 hour drive.

The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 30 €.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
