Recently restored with modern and efficient furniture and Vietri ceramic tiles. Living room has a couch that can be turned in a single bed that can accommodate an extra person. From the living room you have access to the small but cozy terrace equipped with a table with chairs. You can have a romantic dinner and enjoy the wonderful views. Air conditioning has to be paid in base of the consumption (circa € 40 per week).

• Transit: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Can reach the train station of Circumvesuviana to Pompei and Naples in 45 minutes by bus.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Over the main road of the village of Praiano. In the heart of the village you will find food shops, bars and restaurants at minutes walk. Also there is a kinder garden nearby and the magnificent square of San Gennaro where local people meet during the afternoon and spend a relaxing hour. The Sita bus stop is 50 meters from the apartment and provides a frequent service all through the villages of the Amalfi Coast. Positano is about 6 kms away and we advise you to go there by public transport to avoid the difficulty of parking. Praiano is a quiet village at the centre of the Amalfi Coast, and from here you can make marvelous trips both to Amalfi, Capri and Sorrento. From Praiano you can easily get to the most attractive sights along the Amalfi Coast - Positano and Amalfi are both 6 kms away, Sorrento 23 kms, and Naples 55.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. The Sita public bus company provides a frequent service to the beach at Praia, where besides the pebble beach you will find several restaurants that provide excellent local fish dishes. Here you can also hire small boats for romantic trips along the coast. Beach Equipment: Canoe, Powerboat, Rentals Nearby and Row Boat.
• Nearby Attractions: Emerald Grotto in Conca dei Marini at few kms. Pompei and Ercolano ruins at 1 hour drive. The village of Positano. Amalfi with its Duomo, the paper mills and the museums. Ravello and the breathtaking views from the Villas Cimbrone and Rufolo. Capri by ferry departing from the harbour of Amalfi or Positano: to visit there the Mount Solaro and the Blu Grotto. Sorrento at few kms. The Greek temples of Paestum at 2 hours drive. Caserta Royal Palace (little Versailles) at 2 hours drive. The magnificent town of Naples at 1hour and 30 minutes by car or 2 hours by public transportations bus+train. The Vesuvio, the only active volcano in Europe mainland at 1 hour drive
