Praiano Southern Italy Vacation Rentals

Between June 1 and September 29 Guests may only arrive on: Sunday and Saturday.

In high season, minimum stay is seven nights and should start on Saturday (during this period you can start your stay also on Sunday or Monday but you'll be requested to pay the entire week and leave on Saturday morning). In off season minimum stay is 5 nights. For a short stay the period must be between two saturdays. So for instance if you rent the villa or apartment for 6 nights, the stay can start only on Saturday or Sunday.

1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). In the living room a folder sofa is available at € 80 per week extra (sleeps two) 1 King Bed (sleeps 2).

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, one basin and bidet.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, one basin and bidet.

The terrace has a stunning view of Capri, Positano and the main church of San Gennaro in Praiano: on a bright day you'll love its views.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The apartment is conveniently located in the centre of Praiano close to public bus stop, shops, restaurants and bars. Near the apartment you’ll find also a magnificent square and a kinder garden.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. The Sita public bus company provides a frequent service to the beach at Praia, where besides the pebble beach you will find several restaurants that provide excellent local fish dishes. Here you can also hire small boats for romantic trips along the coast. Beach Equipment: Canoe and Row Boat.
• Nearby Attractions: Emerald Grotto in Conca dei Marini at 5 kms. Pompei and Ercolano ruins at 1 hour drive. Positano at 30 minutes. Amalfi with its Duomo and the paper mills. Ravello and the breathtaking views from the Villas Cimbrone and Rufolo is minutes away. Capri at 1 by ferry departing from the harbour of Amalfi or the nearer Positano: to visit there the Mount Solaro and the Blu Grotto. Sorrento at 25 kms. The Greek temples of Paestum at 2 hours drive. Caserta Royal Palace (little Versailles) at 2 hours drive. The magnificent town of Naples at 1hour and 30 minutes by car or 2 hours by public transportations bus+train. The Vesuvio, the only active volcano in Europe mainland at 1 hour drive.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 20%) are refunded.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 30 €.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
