Between June 1 and September 29 Guests may only arrive on: Sunday and Saturday.
In high season, minimum stay is seven nights and should start on Saturday (during this period you can start your stay also on Sunday or Monday but you'll be requested to pay the entire week and leave on Saturday morning). In off season minimum stay is 5 nights. For a short stay the period must be between two saturdays. So for instance if you rent the villa or apartment for 6 nights, the stay can start only on Saturday or Sunday.

• Capodichino Naples International airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. It is possible to reach the Amalfi coast by public transportation. Please enquire with us.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Only a few minutes walk from the centre of Praiano and its famous, terrific square of San Gennaro’s Church. Near the apartment you have the main bus stop of the village where you can catch your bus to the other beautiful localities of the coast such as Positano and Amalfi that are only 15 minutes away.
• Beach is located within a 20 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. The beach of La Praia is a 15 minute walk; it can be reached by steps or by a public bus service that runs in spring and during summer period.
• Nearby Attractions: Emerald Grotto in Conca dei Marini is 5 kms away. Pompei and Ercolano ruins are a 1 hour drive. Positano is 30 minutes. Amalfi with its Duomo and the paper mills. Ravello and the breathtaking views from the Villas Cimbrone and Rufolo is minutes away. Capri is 1 hour by ferry departing from the harbour of Amalfi or the nearer Positano: visit Mount Solaro and the Blu Grotto there. Sorrento is 25 kms. The Greek temples of Paestum are a 2 hour drive. Caserta Royal Palace (little Versailles) are a 2 hour drive. The magnificent town of Naples is a 1 hour and 30 minute by car or 2 hours by public transportations bus+train. The Vesuvio, the only active volcano on the European mainland is a 1 hour drive.
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 30 €.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
