Between June 16 and September 29 Guests may only arrive on: Sunday and Saturday.
In high season, minimum stay is seven nights and should start on Saturday (during this period you can start your stay also on Sunday or Monday but you'll be requested to pay the entire week and leave on Saturday morning). In off season minimum stay is 5 nights. For a short stay the period must be between two saturdays. So for instance if you rent the villa or apartment for 6 nights, the stay can start only on Saturday or Sunday.

The unit is part of an typical building that looks over the sea, not far from the attractive beach called La Praia.
The house is surrounded by gardens where vine trees grow. This villa has a very elegant aspect, and on the inside the furnishings are of good quality. This unit is a typical coastal villa on two floors, cheerful and pleasant. Its floors are made of fabulous hand-painted decorated Vietri style majolica. The ceilings are high and with characteristic barrel vaults. Either from the kitchen and the living room you have access to the spectacular terraces equipped with chairs, dining table and two sun beds. Outside the house there is a separate laundry room with washing machine and an iron. Winter heating is to be paid on top of the rental price € 50 per week.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Along the typical little alley-ways of the village you can reach the food shops in ten minutes. Positano is about 7 kms away, and can also be reached by public transport, which is the best way to avoid the problem of finding a parking space. Praiano is a quiet village with all of the services you might need and is in a central position for visiting all of the Amalfi Coast.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. A pleasant walk of about thirty minutes down ancient stairways and silent lanes will take you to the attractive little pebble beaches. In case you prefer not to walk during spring and summer months there is a convenient public transport service. The lovely beach of Praiano, named "La Praia" has a romantic and panoramic path carved out of the rock where you will find excellent restaurants and boats for hire.
• Nearby Attractions: Emerald Grotto in Conca dei Marini at few kms. Pompei and Ercolano ruins at 1 hour drive. The village of Positano. Amalfi with its Duomo, the paper mills and the museums. Ravello and the breathtaking views from the Villas Cimbrone and Rufolo. Capri by ferry departing from the harbour of Amalfi or Positano: to visit there the Mount Solaro and the Blu Grotto. Sorrento at few kms. The Greek temples of Paestum at 2 hours drive. Caserta Royal Palace (little Versailles) at 2 hours drive. The magnificent town of Naples at 1hour and 30 minutes by car or 2 hours by public transportations bus+train. The Vesuvio, the only active volcano in Europe mainland at 1 hour drive
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.

• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15 € per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
