The attic accommodation has a small kitchen featuring a dining table, a four burner stove, an oven, a fridge with freezer, and a washing machine.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom is situated up to the attic accommodation and it is spacious and bright with a large window overlooking the sea. It is furnished with a double bed , wardrobe, portable fan, and a TV set.
It also has a patio door which takes to a sunny terrace with an extensive panorama of the sea . The terrace is equipped with sun beds for sunbathing and benches covered with cushions.
This terrace is connected to the patio by descending an external stairway of 25 steps .

The accommodation stands in an enviable and peaceful setting and faces splendid and extensive sea views.
A French window leads you from the patio into a spacious open-plan living/ dining room with 3 sofas, wooden dining table for 6, TV , a further sitting area with 2 armchairs and French windows which open out to the front terrace offering wide view of the sea.
A hallway gives way to the 3 bedrooms, a small bathroom with open shower and a large bathroom with bath tub and a separate enclosed shower is situated off the corridor. The fully equipped kitchen has windows and French doors opening onto the patio as well. Next to the kitchen is located a store room with washing machine and a third bathroom with enclosed shower. Further accommodation for 2 is provided in a separate and very comfortable accommodation sitting atop the home. The attic accommodation can be reached from the roof terrace or via an independent entrance, from the external pedestrian street. It has a small kitchen, a bathroom with open shower and a bedroom which feature high vaulted ceilings.
• Napoli Capodichino Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. The nearest train station is in Sorrento about 18 Kms away (a 30 minute drive); the nearest airport is in Napoli about 50 kms away ( a 1.5 hour drive).
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The accommodation is about a 5 minute walk from a grocery store. More shops, restaurants and cafès are about 1.5 kms along the main coastal road about a 10 minute walk.
• The unit is Ocean front. At close distance ( 50 meters ) you can take the shuttle bus which connects Praiano to Positano ( 7 km) and with the small sandy beach called “ La Praia” which is locally renowned for its excellent fish restaurants. This service operates from April end of October.
• Nearby Attractions: A short walk down ( 400 meters) the hill brings guests to the bus stop for the long distance buses ( SITA BUS) that will allow to reach Amalfi ( 12 Km) , Positano ( 9 Km) and Sorrento ( 18 km ). In season (April – October), boats and hydrofoils ferry between Salerno, Amalfi , Positano, Sorrento, the islands of Capri and Ischia and the city of Naples, all easily reached for pleasant days out.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Crib € 52,00, high chair € 25,00.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of € 15.00 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
