Set in a panoramic location, the home was built on the hillside a few steps from the internal road of Praiano that runs behind the house. It has a large, furnished solarium terrace with a stunning view. The beach is just 5 minutes’ drive away. A grocer’s shop is easily reached by crossing the road; a garage and bus stop are also nearby. Regular bus service connect Praiano with Positano, where guests can board ferries and hydrofoils to Capri, Naples, Amalfi,etc. Ten minutes walk down the hill from the house are numerous bars, restaurants and shops.


The house is spacious, clean and comfortable with terracotta tiled floors and high ceiling vaults. Entrance is into a spacious L-shaped sitting/dining room with double French doors opening onto a beautiful terrace-solarium. The small but delightful kitchen has a window looking onto the terrace and has a cooker, oven, and tall fridge-freezer. At the back, the master bedroom has French doors leading onto a small balcony overlooking the road . It has an en suite bathroom with shower. From the dining area, a door leads to a small twin bedroom with sloping ceiling, small window and en-suite shower room and washing machine.
