Between June 16 and September 29 Guests may only arrive on: Sunday and Saturday.

Special Conditions

In high season, minimum stay is seven nights and should start on Saturday (during this period you can start your stay also on Sunday or Monday but you'll be requested to pay the entire week and leave on Saturday morning). In off season minimum stay is 5 nights. For a short stay the period must be between two saturdays. So for instance if you rent the villa or apartment for 6 nights, the stay can start only on Saturday or Sunday.

Distances

• The main airport is Naples, situated about 1.5 hours far from the apartment. The main train station is in Salerno,there is also a local train station in Sorrento. Easy bus connection between Sorrento and Amalfi.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The main restaurants and shops are situated in the centre of Praiano, a 5 minute walk. or, there is a possibility to reach the centre of Positano where are other beautiful shops.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There are two beches in Praiano. You can catch one of the regular blue or green SITA buses to take you anywhere along the coast from Sorrento to Salerno, and the bus stop is just 150 meters from the apartment. From this bus stop you can also board one of the shuttle buses that will take you around Praiano, along the coast to Positano including one of its beaches called La Praia.

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
PAYMENT SCHEDULE Once we have confirmed your reservation, we will require payment of 50% of the full rental amount in deposit. Acceptable payment methods include postal order, bank draft, bank transfer or credit card. Within 45 days of the first day of rental, we will require the balance of payment in full. In the event that reservation is confirmed within a 45 day period of the first day of rental, full payment may be required, or at least, you will need to guarantee the reservation by credit card.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 30.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 12 € per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
