This studio is a beautiful independent flat
......recently refurbished to a very high standard, measuring approximately 40 meters squared. Located in the residential area of Praiano, midway up the stunning coast, with views of the horizon that will take your breath away, the apartment is situated in the heart of the spectacular Amalfi coast. The air here is unpolluted, the town ever so tranquil & quiet. This really is the perfect setting for a romantic week or weekend away.
A fully functional kitchen, dining table and fitted wardrobes and cupboards, bathroom with shower, washing machine and a television - although the last thing you'd want to do when here is stay in and watch the tv. Outdoor dining is always a must at the apartment, with a fabulous large terrace facing the sea, especially on those wonderful and colourful sunset evenings. The terrace is equipped with sun beds and dining table with two chairs.

Airport
The airport of Naples is situated about 60 Km away from the apartment, the main train station in Salerno, local train station in Sorrento; good bus connection between Sorrento, Salerno, Amalfi, Ravello, Positano and Naples.
Shopping and Dining
The main restaurants and shops are in Praiano, reachable by walking or car or bus. Other interesting shops are in Positano.
Waterfront and/or Beach
A small pebbles beach, gradual for a short distance is a 5 minute walk from the property. The beach is reachable by walk.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Payment Balance:
PAYMENT SCHEDULE Once we have confirmed your reservation, we will require payment of 50% of the full rental amount in deposit. Acceptable payment methods include postal order, bank draft, bank transfer or credit card. Within 45 days of the first day of rental, we will require the balance of payment in full. In the event that reservation is confirmed within a 45 day period of the first day of rental, full payment may be required, or at least, you will need to guarantee the reservation by credit card.

Security or Damage:
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
