Between June 1 and September 29 Guests may only arrive on: Sunday and Saturday.
In high season, minimum stay is seven nights and should start on Saturday (during this period you can start your stay also on Sunday or Monday but you'll be requested to pay the entire week and leave on Saturday morning). In off season minimum stay is 5 nights. For a short stay the period must be between two saturdays. So for instance if you rent the villa or apartment for 6 nights, the stay can start only on Saturday or Sunday.

• The airport of Naples is situated about 1,5 hours by car. The nearest train station is in Salerno or Naples; local train station in Sorrento. Public transportation to reach the main villages of theAmalfi coast, Sorrento, Salerno and Naples.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Main restaurants and shops in Praiano, reachable by walking. Positano has many shops and restaurants.
The apartment is close to a grocery shop offering a food delivery service.
• Beach surface is small pebbles. The beach of Praia is within walking distance.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
Bank Transfers will also be accepted for payment.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 30.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
