A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Diners Club
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Once we have confirmed your reservation, we will require payment of 50% of the full rental amount in deposit.
Acceptable payment methods include postal order, bank draft, bank transfer or credit card.
Within 45 days of the first day of rental, we will require the balance of payment in full.
In the event that reservation is confirmed within a 45 day period of the first day of rental, full payment may be required, or at least, you will need to guarantee the reservation by credit card.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: € 30 per week.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of €15 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
