Set in one of the most enchanting part of the village of Praiano

....just below the quiet square of the church of San Gennaro, a meeting point for the local people and the tourists during the beautiful days. The apartment is on the path leading to the small but beautiful Gavitella beach of Praiano. The access is from the main road, down an attractive easily accessible little lane, walking circa 200 meters, with very few steps (circa 20 only) and before the beginning of the flight of steps that lead down to the beach. There is a wonderful roof terrace with a panoramic beautiful view of the sea and Positano, the islands of Li Galli and Capri.

Between June 1 and September 29 Guests may only arrive on: Sunday and Saturday.
Special Conditions
In high season, minimum stay is seven nights and should start on Saturday (during this period you can start your stay also on Sunday or Monday but you'll be requested to pay the entire week and leave on Saturday morning). In off season minimum stay is 5 nights. For a short stay the period must be between two saturdays. So for instance if you rent the villa or apartment for 6 nights, the stay can start only on Saturday or Sunday.

• Naples int. Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. The apartment is situated 60 Km far from the airport of Naples. The train station is in Salerno, another local train station in Sorrento. Bus service for the major towns of the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, Naples and Salerno.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The centre of Praiano with shops and restaurant is very close. Other shops situated in Positano.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There are about 300 steps to reach the beach of Gavitella, in Praiano, where there is also a nice restaurant. Beach Equipment: Canoe, Rentals Nearby and Row Boat.
• Nearby Attractions: Emerald Grotto in Conca dei Marini at few kms. Pompei and Ercolano ruins at 1 hour drive. The village of Positano. Amalfi with its Duomo, the paper mills and the museums. Ravello and the breathtaking views from the Villas Cimbrone and Rufolo. Capri by ferry departing from the harbour of Amalfi or Positano: to visit there the Mount Solaro and the Blu Grotto. Sorrento at few kms. The Greek temples of Paestum at 2 hours drive. Caserta Royal Palace (little Versailles) at 2 hours drive. The magnificent town of Naples at 1hour and 30 minutes by car or 2 hours by public transportations bus+train. The Vesuvio, the only active volcano in Europe mainland at 1 hour drive
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Diners Club
PAYMENT SCHEDULE Once we have confirmed your reservation, we will require payment of 50% of the full rental amount in deposit. Acceptable payment methods include postal order, bank draft, bank transfer or credit card. Within 45 days of the first day of rental, we will require the balance of payment in full. In the event that reservation is confirmed within a 45 day period of the first day of rental, full payment may be required, or at least, you will need to guarantee the reservation by credit card.

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: € 30 per week.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of €15 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
