Between June 26 and August 28 Guests may only arrive on: Saturday.
Mandatory fee, payable locally in cash 180,00 euros per week included cleaning with change of linen on Saturday, all the electrical consumptions and luggage carrying service, both on arrival and on departure.
Parking is available on request on confirmation of booking, at a nearby private garage (800 meters from the house), at a daily cost of Euro 15,00 payable locally in cash.

1 Single Pull Out (sleeps 1). A large living area with a single divan bed divides the second bedroom from the bathroom with shower, WC , washbasin, etc..
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Master bedroom with beautiful ceramic floor, built in wardrobe and sliding glass doors opening to the terrace.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.

Casa Ribera is situated on the edge of Praiano, a small village situated half way between Amalfi and Positano, about 7 km away from both towns. Praiano is a great place to stay if you are looking for the authentic spell of the Amalfi Coast, and want to be just a step out from the frenetic holiday life of the more crowded towns. The house features a bright and sunny 40 square-meter terrace which offers an outstanding view of the sea and of the coast.
The interiors are tastefully furnished with pleasant and welcoming furnishings with a marine theme. The floors are tiled with lucid hand-painted majolica tiles made by local artisans, the rooms are airy and luminous. It's an ideal base for 4 people, be it a family or two couples.
The apartment is approached by an old road, open only to pedestrian traffic, which crosses the village. This is a walk that will allow you to discover an authentic and untouched corner of the Amalfi Coast, where you will not find tourist crowds, nor colourful streets full of shops and boutiques but only authentic locals with friendly faces, old cottages and white churches all looking out over the sea. Access is from the internal road you walk for 700/800 meters along a tiny street which includes approx 90 steps.
• Napoli Capodichino Airport is within a 90 minute(s) drive. Naples airport 55 km, Rome Fiumicino 275 km.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). A very good food shop lies at the beginning of the pedestrian road at about 800 meters from the house; bars and restaurants are situated on the main coastal road, within 20 minutes walk or can be reached using the convenient public transport service, bus stop is at the beginning of the pedestrian road and ticket can be purchased on board.
• The unit is Ocean front. The pebble beach at Praia can be reached by taking a downhill stairway cut into the rock, sheer above the sea ( 10 min. walking down) but also by car or, in the summer time, by public shuttle bus.
• Nearby Attractions: The bus stop for the long distance buses ( SITA BUS) is on the main coastal road within a 20 minute walk, you have to buy the ticket in advance in a tobacco shop. Positano is 7 Km away and can also be reached by public transport service. Amalfi 12 Km, Ravello 16 Km , Sorrento 18 Km, Salerno 45 Km, Naples airport 55 Km, Rome Fiumicino 275Km.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund. Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Fees: Crib € 52,00, high chair € 25,00.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of € 10.00 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
