Kildare Capes Very Private Beachfront Getaway on Six Mostly Wooded Acres.

Beautiful beachfront cottage in very private setting set on six acres. Water views from living/dining room area and from each bedroom, as well as from the hot tub. Fireplace, two large decks... one facing water, and one facing rear fenced-in yard. Large garage and long driveway with plants and flowers. Fully furnished. In rural setting, yet close to two villages with groceries, hardware stores, liquor stores, restaurants. Swimming, bicycling, golf, kayaking, hiking, fishing all either right there or close by. Lots of fresh seafood (mussels, lobster, fish) available at local markets.

Living/dining room area has view of ocean, as well as french doors to deck where one can sit and enjoy the view. Both bedrooms have good views of the ocean also. Hot tub room has ocean view, but it is not a full view like the other rooms.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Also, more dining in a 15 minute driving distance. North Cape restaurant and restaurant in Northport are both about 15 minutes away.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Beach is in private area. All beaches on PEI are technically in the public domain however, but access to this beach area is limited. Walking distance along beach before you get to cliffs is about a 1 mile stretch.
• Nearby Attractions: Mill River, North Cape and Skinners Pond are also within a 20 minute drive. Jacques Cartier Provincial Park is 5 minutes away. Mill River has golf and kayaking.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Cash - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 6 years old.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $250 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 100.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
