• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. This is a natural lake with wildlife (beavers/osprey/moose etc). It is not a sandy beach. There is a private boat launch area for a canoe or small fishing boat; a canoe, paddles and life jackets are available for use.
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
