    We have been coming to Kauai for 18 years and during each trip we were always looking for that perfect property to call our own. In March of 2005 we finally found the home we now call our second home. It is our dream to someday semi-retire here. In the meantime, we look forward to having family, friends and your referrals enjoy what we have come to love.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 20 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    If using credit card a fee of 2.5% per transaction will be charged on the amount paid.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
