    There are high vaulted ceilings in entire upper level of this unit. There is a separate family room, lower level with ocean view, a path to the secluded beach and a covered lanai. Bathrooms come with built in hair dryers. Beach towels and snorkel gear are also provided. His and hers robes are in master suite and other king bedroom.

    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Although you can view the ocean from the home, the walk to the beach is a trail not appropriate for younger children. Swimming in summer months only, the surf is too large for winter swimming.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
