1 King Bed. Upper bedroom master suite consists of two rooms: the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, and connected but completely separate Den- sitting area with two single beds and TV/video entertainment features. Description of the "Den" area is provided under "Den" description. 1 Queen Bed. This ground floor bedroom suite has a separate dressing-bath area 1 Queen Bed. This is a 'Cottage Guest Quarters' studio with separate entrance but attached to the main house by deck on the ocean-beach side. The cottage is completely self-contained with living room and small kitchen area plus dressing-bath area. There is also, an outside enclosed shower area with H/C shower and outside barbeque and full refrigerator and washer/dryer exclusive to this cottage in the attached garage area. 2 Single/Twin Murphy/Wall Beds. This is a sitting-entertainment area off the upstairs master bedroom with two single bed "Punee" backed against the walls and arranged with bolsters. (Note: When a single bed is set up with bolsters placed along the back and used as couch in the day and bed at night it is called a "Punee" in Hawaiian).

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Isolated atop a peninsular, gentle ocean bluff overlooking Anini reef and Whale sanctuary with stunning unobstructed coastline views to the east (sunrise) all the way to Kauai's most popular visitor attraction, the historical Kilauea Lighthouse and National Wildlife Refuge, and to the west (sunset) down the coastline and just off the front yard down upon secluded, romantic Keoniana beach.

• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The Princeville Makai course (27 championship holes) is less than 1/2 mile away. The Princeville Prince course (18 holes) is about 2 miles away but some of its fairways wind within 1 mile of the unit on Kaweonui Point. The Princeville Prince course is ranked in the top 100 courses in America by Golf digest magazine.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). All sorts of shopping and dining areas are within a 20 minute walk but renting a car is definitely advisable. 1/2 mile away is Princeville Shopping Center with restaurants, banks, clothing and tourist convenience shops of all sorts plus large grocery store.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Secluded, romantic Kaweonui beach is just below the unit on Kaweonui Point. The beach access path begins about fifteen feet from the house and winds down through a stream-feed tropical valley (about 5 minutes) to the oceans edge and then another five minutes to Kaweonui beach cove(which in Hawaiian means "beautiful to behold"). A full supply of snorkeling gear, reef walking shoes, boogie boards, beach towels, beach mats, beach chairs, picnic coolers, day hiking packs and pole fishing gear available.

The rent, required to complete the booking, is 10% (balance due 60 days in advance). A security deposit of $2,000 is required. If you cancel 60 days prior to arrival, your rent will be refunded less a $100 handling fee.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
