Sited top a gentle ocean bluff overlooking tropical shores and exotic Anini reef and the U.S. National Whale Sanctuary with miles of stunning coastline views all the way to famous Kilauea Lighthouse and National Wildlife Refuge. Path to secluded, romantic Kaweonui beach is a few feet from the front door. The location within Princeville at Hanalei Golf Resort and community is so private it is like vacationing on a remote quite island, yet convenient, as golf, tennis, shopping and restaurants 1/2 mile away. Between the months of November-May guests can witness migrating Humpback whales and watch giant Albatross nesting close by or, throughout the year have a chance to see Green Sea turtle feeding along the reef's edge. The unit faces North East and North West. The Eastern views provide gorgeous sunrises over the ocean and coastline. From the outside deck are even more expansive coastline views further North East and North West down the coast.

Private attached deck area on the ocean front side ( where the a large, luxurious 6 person spa is located) is surrounded by benches for sunning and lazing around. Washer/Dryer unit for exclusive use of guests is located in the attached garage. Unit is cooled by two ceiling fans and a system of sill-vents built in under all four picture windows. The sill-vents can be opened to let in cool trade winds. BBQ and H/C outdoor shower are located in private enlosed courtyard opposite the front entrance. Complimentary snacks and beverages placed in unit along with fresh flowers. Note: Out-clean fee of $100 due over and above the rent. • Beach surface is coarse sand. The beach path to Kaweonui beach (Kaweonui beach is located just below the guest cottage, Unit ID 5767, on Kaweonui Point), is within a few feet of the cottage's front door. It is about a five minute walk down through a lush tropical forest to the ocean's edge and another approximately five minutes further to Kaweonui beach cove. Kaweonui Beach is a small cove beach with a protective reef coming quite close to shore. It has excellent snorkeling and swimming but open ocean swimming is difficult as the reef comes too close to shore. Swimming or snorkeling should be avoided during high surf. The reef provides excellent throw-net fishing. Local Hawaiian fishermen call the reef below the unit, "The Farm". All sorts of beach equipment from towels to mats to snorkeling to boogie boards plus picnic and daypack hiking gear is provided.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The rent, required to complete the booking, is 25% (balance due 60 days in advance). A security deposit of $300 is required. If you cancel 60 days prior to arrival, your rent will be refunded less a $50 handling fee.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
