Our studio unit with DSL is located in the middle of paradise, Princeville, Kauai. This is where the oceans surround you and the waterfalls flow from the nearby mountains. The best beaches in all of Kauai are located here and Hanalei Bay, which is 3 miles long, is only 5 minutes away. The number one and number five golf courses in Hawaii are nearby. The Princeville Hotel is a World Class Hotel and is in walking distance along with shopping and a large grocery store. We have walking baths and the world famous Kalalau Trail to hike the majestic Napali Coast.

There is a swimming pool. Discounts for golf in Princeville are available to Guests for this unit.

The complex is located in the middle of the Princeville Resort and only minutes away from shopping, dining, golf and the Princeville Hotel. The beach is within an 8 minute walk at the Princeville Hotel which is open to the public.

Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Cancellation 60 days (or more) prior to arrival all payments are refunded.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
