Quaint Studio Unit with Breath Taking Views and Private Terrace

This a small apartment, which occupies approximately 35 sq. meters of the large farmhouse. Due to the fact that the farmhouse is built into the side of a hill, it has a private entrance that is accessible via a wide outdoor stairway. It also has it’s own furnished terrace with a direct walk out to the back yard. The view from the terrace is breathtaking as you look out over the pool area and see Mount Amiata in the background. It is the perfect place to sit and watch the sunset in the evening.

This apartment is ideal for 2 people and consists of a beautifully appointed bed-sitting room complete with fireplace. There are two single beds that can easily be converted to one queen size bed if preferred.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including stove, oven, toaster, and coffee maker. The bathroom is complete with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. This apartment also provides central heating when necessary. A washing machine & dryer are available for the guests to use.

Pool is open from mid May to mid October and measures 10 x 5 meters with a built in stairway. The depth is from 1.20 m to 1.90m
