Beach House at Progreso with a Beatiful Beach Front
The house is found 2km from Progreso´s downtown. This house has the perfect location in front of the beach. The house is built in high ground and on one floor only. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 with ocean view, both of the rooms have complete bathrooms.
The social area is made up of kitchen, dining area and living room, with a wide view of the terrace in the exterior part of the house where there´s a garden and swiming pool with view toward the ocean. All the house is fenced and has a wooden door for the garage. It has cable service for the TV, DVD, washing machine, microwave, blender, plates, glasses, etc...
The house is rented clean with the pool full, 2-20kh gas tanks, garden and beach clean. The maintenance of the house, pool, garden and beach during the time of the rent have to be done by the tenant.
There is a Pool Filling Fee of $90.00 Charged for Guests who would like use of the pool for their stay.
