2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). This medium size room has two single beds, a dresser, and a rocking chair. Has a ceiling fan and one nice window to the front side of the house. It has a door to the porch and a door to bedroom three. This bedroom has direct access to bathroom 4.
2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). This large bedroom has two single beds and hooks for hammocks. It has direct access to bathroom 2. Fan on the ceiling, door to the terrace and pool, door to the dinning room, and a third door to bedroom one.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom has the TV, a closet, a dresser, full body mirror, and a ceiling fan. It has direct access to one of the bathrooms which has an additional door to bedroom one and a door to the porch.
2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). This large bedroom has two single beds, and hooks for hammocks. Has access to the master bedroom´s bathroom. Doors can be locked from both rooms. Has a ceiling fan, two small closets, and access to the living room, master bedroom, and bedroom two.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). This medium bedroom has one full bed, ceiling fan, small closet, a dresser. This bedroom has direct access to bathroom three, access to the living room, and a door to bedroom four through bathroom 4.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 4 has toilet, shower and one basin.
The house has a large front yard with palms and local vegetation. It is practically a corner lot. Both streets around the house are not paved. There is one row of oceanfront houses across the street.
Hot water is available on all showers through electrical shower heads.
• The house is located about 40 minutes (drive) from the Merida International airport. Your other option is the Cancun airport which is about 300 kilometers southeast of Merida. Good quality buses are available from Cancun to Merida and it is a 4 hour trip. Transfer services form Merida airport to the house in Progreso can be arranged for a fee, if reserved in advance.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). 20 minute drive from the house.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). Local restaurants and grocery stores are located in downtown Progreso, about 1.2 miles (1.8 kilometers) from the house. There are good oceanfront seafood restaurants in Progreso, convenient stores (i.e. 7 eleven) and a supermarket.
There is a movie theater in downtown with two screens and handicrafts stores. Progreso is a great place to buy hammocks and hipiles (local traditional clothing)!
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. House is located about 50 meters from the beach, but has no oceanfront. Water clarity and beach surface depends mostly on the season and weather conditions. Most of the summer the water is clear and the swimming conditions are very good. During the rest of the year the water cools a little bit and is not as clear to the point that it could be murky.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

If you are not a PayPal user, you can sign up. Direct Bank Deposit can be done to the Wells Fargo Bank (US).

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 100.00/pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
