    This house is amazing. It is not big but it is comfortable. You have a pool, a garden, but the most important- you have the sea just in front of you.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.

    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 AM and check out before 12:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 17 dollars.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
