Welcome, the Villa is a comfortable, very private, fully secure home just 5 minutes away from exquisite beaches; a heavenly getaway were you could either relax sunbathing with a tropical drink in your own pool, read your favorite book caressed by a gentle breeze in the comfort of the front porch, or take on the many activities around town. Located just a short 20 minutes drive from Cancun’s International Airport, it is nestle in the hart of the Riviera Maya, right between Cancun and Playa del Carmen in the quiet, unassuming, easy going town of Puerto Morelos in Quintana Roo, Mexico.
The Villa is an attractive single level home set in a 14,000 square feet property surrounded by 10 feet high solid walls and protected by an electrified fence all around it.
It has 3 Bedrooms, 2 and one half Bathrooms, Laundry Room, Own Pool, Garden, and 2 vehicle Garage; very private and completely secure, It is located In a quiet neighborhood away from crowds and traffic for a relaxing vacation yet close enough to the action so you don't miss on anything; stores, shops, restaurants, and services are a short stroll away; the beach is only a 5 minutes drive from the property; a variety of inexpensive public transport including bus, shuttle and taxis are just steps away to go anywhere you desire.

When you arrive to the Villa, we'll be there to welcome you, assist you with the check-in, and ensure all arrangements are made and details are handle so you can enjoy your holiday as planed; after check-in, the house manager will be available via direct cell phone.

We take pride on providing a clean, well maintained property to assure our guests enjoy a worry free vacation and always strive to surpass their expectations by constant improvements; at present it is furnished and equipped to meet most vacationers needs;
Kitchen solid granite countertop with an eating bar and is fully equipped with oven, range, dishwasher, garbage disposer, double sided fridge with freezer, ice maker, and purified water dispenser, microwave, toaster, blender and all other appliances anyone may need including matching dishes, pots and pans, cutlery and utensils.
Living room has a modern style couch, a 60 inch LED 3D TV, Blue Ray, Home Theatre
The Pool is very attractive and one of the main property features, it is surrounded by an ample deck and tropical plants, an outdoor bar, a gas barbecue, outdoor shower and 1/2 bathroom so there is no need to go inside the house to use this facility.
