• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. A short 5 minute stroll down the Malecon will take you to one of Puerto Vallarta's most popular beach area Los Muntos Beach, where you will find great on-beach restaurants. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: Building is on the new section of the Malecon, a few minutes walking distance to the center of town (tourist restaurants and shopping), or to "Old Town"

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer
Credit cards will be charged at the current exchange rate in Canadian Dollars.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 8 years old.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $15.00 / day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
