• Ocean is located within a 10 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Within a 5 minute walk is a lagoon, marina and ocean beach. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: The Dolphin Discovery center is within walking distance. About a 20 minute drive is Tulum, gorgeous Mayan ruins on the Caribbean. Plus you can drive to Xel-ha, Xcaret, Akumal for snorkeling, and Playa Del Carmen to catch the ferry to the island of Cozumel.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. .
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Cash
A 50% payment of the total rental amount is required within 7 days after reserving your unit for confirmation. Failure to do so will result in the If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund is issued according to the guidelines and limitations outlined below:- 75% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 90 days prior to the arrival date. 50% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 61 - 90 days prior to the arrival date. 25% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 31-60 days prior to the arrival date. No Refunds if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
