Payment Details

2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 6.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $15.00 per day..
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
