Private gated community with 24 hour security. Beautiful view, protected beach for swimming and snorkeling, and the swimming pool is just steps from the 19 foot sliding glass doors that disappear into the walls! Fully furnished and equipped as any fine time share would be. Satellite TV and Stereo DVD/CD player(but who comes to watch TV?). No noisy crowds here. Nice family resort with very many activities nearby. A free skateboard park and playground are within walking distance. Very nice shops and restaurants are right here as well as all other amenities one might expect in a resort.

    Terrace with cantina and alcove and lawn and beach area. All ceramic tile floors including the terrace, beautiful wood trim and doors. Large bedrooms and all tile baths. Large great room for living and dining. Inexpensive laundry service available. Nearby attractions include Xelha, Tulum and other Mayan ruins, deep sea fishing boats, sailing, kayacking, swimming with the dolphins, snorkeling and scuba, etc.

    • 50 miles from Cancun Airport
    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A 9 hole very nice golf course is right here. Play 18 holes for $78 including riding cart. The price drops to $60 after 1 PM (many other fine courses a short distance away).
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Puerto Aventuras boasts a quaint shopping area with a bakery and several varied restaurants and some really nice shops, all situated around the beautiful blue lagoon. Major shopping is a short distance away. Ferry to Cozumel is local. Playa Del Carmen is only 10 minutes away!
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Lagoon waterfront is just steps out the sliding glass door. The ocean beach is a short walk

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided every 3 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
