    • Malaga airport is a 30 minute drive or Gibraltar is one hour away.
    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The house is in the middle of the golf valley and is surrounded by golf courses. Right next to La Dama de Noche, Spain's only floodlit golf course.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a supermarket, beautician and linger/swimwear shop onsite. Plus there is a Clubhouse which has a bar and brasserie. 15 minutes walk into Puerto Banus there are many, many shops, restaurants and bars.
    • The walk to the ocean is 15 minutes or a 2 minute car drive. The large blue flag beach at Puerto Banus is a 15 minute walk or 2 minutes by car.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    GBP 200 per week deposit is required to confirm the booking with balance payable 6 weeks before your holiday start date.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
