• Gibraltar airport is only 25 minutes away and Malaga is 55 minutes away.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Duquesa golf course is across the road from the apartment. The Costa del Sol is a golfer's paradise. There are nearly 40 courses along the coast, most of which are to be found between Marbella and Gibraltar.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). The Sierra Nevada ski resort is 3 hours drive from the apartment.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The apartment complex is next to the marina with many bars, restaurants and shops.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. The apartment complex is directly on the beach

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
GBP 100 per week deposit is required to confirm the booking with balance payable 6 weeks before your holiday start date. If holiday is booked less than 8 weeks before holiday start date then full payment should be made to confirm the booking.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
