Unit is equipped with a full kitchen and bar, our on-site chef prepares all of your meals. You can pick the menu and service times, the schedule is fully flexible.

1 King Bed (sleeps 2) and 2 Single Futon Beds (sleeps 2). The Ocean Front master bedroom has a sitting area with 2 single futon type beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There is also an exclusive private outdoor patio off the Ocean Front Master just steps from the ocean. At night, leave the patio doors open, close the screen doors and let the waves lull you to sleep.
2 Queen Beds (sleeps 4) and 1 Single Futon Bed (sleeps 1). The Oceanside suite also has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in closet. There is also a exterior door that offers direct access to the front garden and beach.

The casa is an ocean front paradise, watch the sun rise over the horizon to the east and set over the ocean each night. The front of the house faces an impressive mountain range which adds a wonderful touch to the scenery. No matter which direction you're facing, the views are nothing short of exceptional.
Rentals include the services of 4 staff members including a chauffeur. The Casa shuttle vehicle is for short trips into Puerto Escondido exclusively. Gasoline usage is paid by the guest. Our on-site Chef Rozsa will prepare meals for you along with her helper, Tello. Casa staff will grocery shop for you in town at the local market. You select your menu, pay for the food (grocery store prices - no mark-up) and our staff prepares it for you.
• Puerto Escondido (PXM) Airport is within a 20 minute(s) drive. All flights arriving and departing from PXM route through Mexico City. For direct international flights from USA, Canada and Great Britain, try searching for flights to Huatulco airport (HUX) which is located 1.5 hours drive away from the unit.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The unit offers the exclusive service of a dedicated chauffeur with large shuttle vehicle with seating for 7 guests. There are many great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shops of all kinds in Puerto. Sit back and relax, you'll be there in 20 minutes.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The unit offers you 112 feet of private beachfront. The sand on our beach is very fine and comfortable, the water is beautiful and warm all year long. Waves are very common on our beach and sometimes they are quite large (good surfing) so it is recommended that small children are accompanied by adults in the ocean.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.

It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you purchase trip cancellation insurance with clauses to cover you for any reason you might have to cancel.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
