Wonderful restaurants and shops are yours for the enjoyment. Still one of the only small authentic fishing villages along the Caribbean coast, Puero Morelos is only 15 miles from the Cancun airport. There are plenty of aquatic activities at your disposal or none at all. The ancient Ruins of the Mayan culture are only a short excursion away as are many theme parks and other activities.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
Arrangement can be made to pay the balance to the property manager at the time of picking up your key. Please call for specific payment options.

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
