Built in 2004 this quiet 9 unit Condo complex has everything for a relaxing vacation. A/C in all rooms, ceiling fans, 9 foot ceilings, granite kitchen counter and more. Relax on your private 30 ft deck overlooking the beautiful 90 ft infinity pool.

Our condo is fully equipped for all your needs, including all linens, towels and beach towels, books, games, High Speed Internet, satellite television and more.

There is an 24 hour on-site caretaker/guard and our Manager who speaks fluent English will be there to greet you on arrival.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 12 years old.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
