50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20 usd.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
