• Only 15 minutes from the Cancun airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are about 6 golf courses in the area, none of them are more than 30 minutes away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Only a few blocks from town which has both shopping and many restaurants both local and international (Chinese, Italian).
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. This is an oceanfront property. You can see the sea from the large sliding glass doors on the living room and the water is a stroll away.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00PM and check out before 9:00AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00AM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
