This Kitchen has all of the equipment that you would have in a regular home, to make a complete Thanksgiving dinner (we did last year) or to bake a cake.

Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Bedroom has matching furniture in both bedrooms. Mattresses were purchased new through Four Seasons Resort (I have a connection) and they sleep very well.

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2).

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

View

The view and proximity to the Ocean is why everyone comes to Rocky Point. If you aren't truly on the ocean to see the view in the day or the night lights of downtown Rocky Point off in the distance across the ocean, you really don't get to experience it all. This condo is truly OCEAN FRONT! Location and seven pools to enjoy within the resort make this condo a memorable experience.

Puerto Penasco Airport is within a 10 minute(s) drive. International large airport soon to be completed as well.
Golf: The unit is located on Las Palomas Golf.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Lots of amenities for dining on property whether you want a pool bar fajita while sitting on a stool in the water, fine dining at La Maria Restaurant, sushi, or a regular restaurant--all are available within the resort.
The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Don't let others fool you into thinking theirs is ocean front. This condo is truly OCEAN FRONT. The U.S. won't let condos be built as close as Mexico allows and this makes a difference as well. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
Nearby Attractions: Old Mexico, downtown Puerto Penasco is 5 minutes drive away if you want to get a feeling of what goes on in a Mexican town. Shrimp and fresh fish is sold daily at the market there. A grocery store similar to a Wal-Mart is within 4 minutes drive. Parasailing, jet skiing, boating, fishing and much more available within 4 minutes of Las Palomas. Spa on premises.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card
Reservation Confirmations are sent upon full payment being made. If credit cards are used, there is a receipt for your credit card expense emailed to you immediately upon use.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $10/towel;$35/cleaning .
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
