    Payment Details
    The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Discover Card
    Per Las Palomas Property Management Company: CHANGES,CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICIES: Confirmed reservations which are cancelled before 30 calendar days of your check in date will result in a $150.00 US cancellation fee. This will be subtracted from the initial payment. A cancellation within 30 days will result in a charge of 100% of your payment.All cancellations MUST BE made via email. Any changes to your reservation will result in a $25 processing fee.There will be no changes allowed within 10 days of your arrival. There are no refunds for early departures. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS for holiday dates which includes Spring Break.

    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
