You've got to see this view to believe it. No picture is going to tell the whole story. There is a virtual tour available to see everything completely during the grace period. This resort has all of the amenities that a 4 star resort would have including, exercise room, complete restaurant (try their fajitas), swim up pool bar for the fruity drink you might want or sandwich, wireless Internet, 3 swimming pools (heated in the winter), entertainment in the evening on Thursday through Sunday, and many more things too numerous to mention. We take credit cards.

    1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Mattresses were purchased new (2007) from Four Season's Resort so comfort is definite while sleeping on this bed.

    The Ocean and the beach is why everyone comes to Rocky Point. My question to you is: "Why would you want to be located any place else other than ON THE BEACH?" This property is ON THE BEACH. There are no other condos that are two bedrooms closer to the beach in this Resort. When I say "you can toss a rock in the ocean from the patio of this condo" that means you can and you don't have to have a great throwing arm :) Also the view of the Rocky Point lights at night is pretty spectacular from the patio. Not all condos are positioned to enjoy this, but ours is.

    We've got properties at other condominium resorts in Rocky Point, but this location at Sonoran Sun beats them all. You can't get any closer to the ocean water. Toss a rock out the patio towards the ocean, and you're going to hit the water (not recommended though). Great restaurant on premises, exercise room, lobby, lots of fountains, swim-up pool bar to enjoy your favorite fruity refreshment or meal, two spas to enjoy, (one is adults only), very kid friendly. Security on the beach side and the parking side to ease any concerns of being in another country. It was decorated with lots of love. Inside this condo is faux painted throughout, 50 inch big screen TV in living room with DVD, VCR players for TVs in both bedrooms and living room. We traveled to a small town near Mazatlan Mexico called Messias to where the furniture is being made by hand in their homes. Both bedroom sets were made there and the cedar smell of the finely crafted furniture is easy to pick up.

    • Puerto Penasco Airport is within a 10 minute(s) drive. Soon to have a commercial international airport available. It's in the construction stages currently
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 3 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. All is available at the resort. If you want to go to a spa, there is one available within 4 minutes walk as well.
    • The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Name of the beach is Sandy Beach which is by far the most popular beach in Rocky Point. (It's where the locals go to enjoy their public beach) The resort beach, of course, is a private section of Sandy Beach. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
    • Nearby Attractions: Rocky Point has too many attractions to mention within this space. Much of the attractions have to do with the Sea. Downtown Puerto Penasco (called the Malecon) has lots of curios, fresh seafood markets, lots of entertainment including night life. You might enjoy seeing the friendliness of the locals.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card
    We do take credit cards securely by phone. When transaction is completed there is an immediate receipt of the credit transaction emailed to the person reserving the condo.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 35.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
