The wrap around patio gives one the chance to see the entire shoreline and all of the activities that go along with it. The amenities of the resort allow you to have everything you might need to make your stay enjoyable from a restaurant on premises, convenience store, exercise room, swim up pool bar and 3 swimming pools.... it's all right there for you to enjoy.

    The view of Rocky Point downtown at night across the ocean water is fabulous. The view from the patio of our condo is what I personally come there for. You can't beat the view in the day or the night. You are just high enough to be able to see all that goes on down below you.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    If we can book your time being cancelled, a full refund will be given.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 40.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
