Enjoy the spectacular view from our condo or while lounging in our pool. You can walk right into our pool from our balcony. If you have kids this place is ideal. If you're a "group" everyone can do as they like because we are so close to Old town. Want to walk to town? That's easy. It's just a short walk to the popular Basillo Badillo Street, the beach, restaurants and shops. When you are exhausted from your day you will be very happy to know that our beds and pillows are of the best quality. Our "Casa" is so comfortable you feel as though you are in your very own home, in paradise!

We have 2 security boxes in the condo, hair dryers, full length mirrors. Organic soaps, shampoos, slippers and robes, and a nice selection of CD's for your enjoyment.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - PayPal
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
