50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 30. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of 500 may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
