Marina del Rey is 5 minutes from the International Airport, with close access to public transportation. Well-maintained tropical gardens surround two lovely pools. The condo is fully furnished with three Bedrooms, two full baths, a cozy, well-equipped kitchen and combined Dining/Living room. The living room has two very comfortable futons if that extra quest shows up. There is large balcony with a spectacular view of the yachts in the marina from this 3rd floor location.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $15.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
