Along the walkway are numerous shops, boutiques, galleries, cafes and restaurants. The Marina landmark is the lighthouse El Faro, with spectacular sunsets and views of the entire Marina and beyond.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of USD $15.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
