Payments and Policies
Payment Details

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
25% of the rent is required as a non-refundable deposit to complete the booking. Full payment due at least 10 days in advance of arrival date. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Should you cancel anytime, payments minus the 25% deposit will be refunded.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 25.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of ~$20.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
