1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Patio doors to balcony with outdoor seating, large walk-in closet with full ensuite featuring a large soaker/jetted spa, two sinks, and a huge glass shower.

2 Double Beds (sleeps 4). This second bedroom features 2 double beds and can easily sleep 2 couples or a couple and 2 kids. Patio doors to balcony with outdoor seating. Full ensuite with walk-in closet, and large shower glass shower.

2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). The third bedroom has 2 single beds, built-in wall unit and TV/Game station. There is a 3 piece bath next door down the hall with a large glass shower.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower and two basins.

Peninsula Vallarta is a beautiful new 5-star resort that is perfectly located on the beach in the heart of the hotel zone, and is just a 10 minute drive from downtown Puerto Vallarta, the marina or the airport. The resort has amenities that include a fitness center, private movie theater, bar/lounge, spa (steam/sauna/massage room), stunning lobby, a business/computer center, and a massive infinity pool overlooking the beach and ocean.
Located on the 12th floor, this 2400 sq ft condo has 3 bdrms and 3 baths, large master with private ensuite with jacuzzi tub. The 2nd bdrm has 2 double beds and a private ensuite as well. Both bdrms feature floor to ceiling windows with patio doors leading out to a large balcony with a mountain/ocean view to the NE, the 3rd bdrm has 2 single beds and another bath. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and cable. The condo has 2 large balconies with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table, allowing you to truly enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. *5-STAR*

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union Pay Pal is the preferred method of payment, 2.9% surcharge. Credit cards accepted via Pay Pal. We also accept certified checks/bank drafts, or in some instances, personal cheques sent by Fedex, 45 days before rental date. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.00. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. • Pool heat is included in rates. |
