The kitchen, overlooking the the Bay of Banderas, is complete with all amenities should you choose to prepare meals. Or present your Entree(s) request and our cook will be happy to purchase and prepare meal(s) for you (for an additional fee).

Pool is 10x15 small dipping pool. All linens and towels are provided. Built by an architect with air conditioning. House Manager can make arrangements for: Golf, scuba diving, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, parasailing, sailing, horseback riding, bay cruises, whale and dolphin watching, mountain biking, kayaking, or even jungle trips.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The famous Malecon (beach boardwalk), where most of the shopping, restaurants and night clubs are located, is only a short stroll away. Unit is located right in the city, about 20 mins from the airport.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Enjoy a secluded sandy beach, right at your doorstep. The Villa sits on the Camarones beach. Villa is located in a busy neighborhood, with enough people in the streets nearby that walking in the evenings isn't a problem.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 2 nts) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Cancellation prior to 90 days of arrival is 80% refundable; prior to 60 days is 40% refundable; and cancellation less than 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund. Holidays are non-refundable.
