The condo has two air conditioners and three ceiling fans.     300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 7:00AM.
