The best feature of all is the location, directly on the ocean! You can hear the waves from every room and see the ocean from all the main living areas. The building is quiet, thick walls making noise from other units almost non-existent.

1 Queen Murphy/Wall Bed (sleeps 2). Pillow-top mattress. Room can double as an office if 2nd bedroom is not needed. Air-conidioned and ceiling fan.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
View
Straight on view of the entire Bay of Banderas. You can see Los Arcos and the lights of the hotels at nights - glimmering across the ocean. But, the best view of all, is the sea life! Guests see whales (in season), dolphines, rays, sea turtles, fish - right from the balcony!

• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. Located on Playa Punta Negra. The beach is a tidal beach and is almost always swimmable! The heated swimming sits directly on the ocean with plenty of lounge chairs and tables.
• Nearby Attractions: There is so much to do in Vallarta! Sport fishing, diving, snorkeling, ATV jungle tours and cable rides, horseback riding, swim with the dolphns, art-walks, wine tasting and, of course, whale watching!!!
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. You will receive a 100% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $20 a day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
