The condo has two air conditioners and three ceiling fans.     50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days during a stay.
